Mr. Reyes is a CPA with Post graduate studies in Finance and Management at St. Maria University and MIT in Boston. Was Professor of Finance and member Director of the Economy Faculty in Administration Council School at the Catholic University Andres Bello. Former Professor of Finance at the several Universities was President of International Congress in International Financial Executives Institutes.
